JessBoost / Dashboards & Reporting

Less reporting noise. More useful answers.

Good reports don't leave you staring at numbers. They help you see what changed, why it matters and where to look next.

For marketing teams, business owners and anyone who needs a clearer view of performance.

Reporting that helps people act

Your data should answer a question.

Opening five platforms just to understand last month's performance shouldn't be the default. We organise the right information into clear, usable reporting views.

01 / ORGANISE

One place for the important signals

Bring relevant marketing and business metrics into reporting views with consistent definitions.

02 / EXPLAIN

Make the numbers understandable

Show context, comparisons and helpful labels instead of relying on charts to speak for themselves.

03 / IMPROVE

Turn reporting into better questions

Spot changes worth investigating and make follow-up discussions more focused.

Interactive / Report Studio

Four views. One clearer picture.

Switch between reporting categories, change the illustrative period and select a metric to see what it represents. A real client report would use validated data and agreed definitions.

WHAT THIS METRIC MEANS

Sessions

Sessions represent visits, not unique people or leads.

Ask: Which channels contributed?

Actual interpretation requires context, definitions and dependable source data.

Interactive design demonstration only. Values are synthetic and change with the selected example period; no external analytics services are connected.
What we build

Reports designed around your decisions.

Every business needs a different level of detail. We start by asking who uses the report, which decisions it should support and which sources can be trusted.

Typical deliverables

Depending on scope: KPI and metric definitions, data-source mapping, a Looker Studio dashboard, filters and drill-down views, comparison logic, QA notes, access permissions and a short handover guide.

Pricing: Custom quote based on the number of sources, report views, data preparation and ongoing needs.

Looker Studio dashboards

Build coherent views with date controls, filters and clear visual hierarchy.

SEO & search reporting

Interpret Search Console clicks, impressions, CTR and search visibility carefully.

GA4 & channel performance

Report on acquisition, engagement and meaningful events using documented definitions.

Advertising & campaign views

Connect relevant spend and campaign outcomes while explaining attribution limitations.

Automated report delivery

Set up recurring distributions where supported, with clear review ownership.

Our approach

From disconnected metrics to a usable report.

01 / Understand

Define the questions

Agree on who uses the report, the business objectives and essential KPIs.

02 / Inspect

Review the data

Check source access, metric definitions, reporting gaps and practical limitations.

03 / Design

Build the views

Structure visualisations, controls and comparisons around useful decisions.

04 / Validate

Test and hand over

Check totals, date ranges and filters before showing the team how to use the report.

A useful distinction

Tracking collects signals. Reporting gives them context.

Analytics & Tracking helps ensure actions are captured correctly. Dashboards & Reporting brings selected information together to explain performance. Both matter, but a polished dashboard cannot repair inaccurate tracking.

What we won't pretend

Numbers from GA4, Search Console and advertising platforms may differ because they measure different actions and use different methods. We document these differences rather than claiming perfectly unified attribution.

Frequently asked questions

Dashboards & Reporting FAQs

Which reporting tools do you work with?

Looker Studio is a common choice for marketing reports, alongside the relevant data sources and connectors. The best setup depends on the systems, permissions and reporting requirements involved.

Can we see Google Analytics and Search Console in one dashboard?

Often, yes. We can present suitable GA4 and Search Console views together, while keeping their metric definitions and limitations clear. Not every number should be directly combined.

Can you connect advertising data and spend?

We can scope suitable integrations and reporting views for supported advertising platforms. Connector availability, licensing and metric differences are reviewed before implementation.

Will the report update automatically?

Reports can refresh when their connected sources and connector settings support it. Refresh frequency and data freshness can vary, and a scheduled email is not the same as real-time data.

Can you repair an existing Looker Studio report?

Yes. We can investigate confusing charts, mismatched dimensions, broken filters, date range issues and calculated fields, then recommend a practical repair.

What makes a good business dashboard?

A useful dashboard starts with a clear audience, a small set of well-defined KPIs, relevant context, readable views and clear next questions—not the maximum number of charts.
