JessBoost / Chatbots for Businesses

Helpful conversations. Even before your team replies.

Customers ask questions when they're ready, not only when someone is at a desk. A well-designed chatbot can help with everyday queries, guide enquiries and make it easier to reach the right person.

What makes it useful

Good chatbot design starts by knowing when to help—and when to step aside.

People notice when a bot circles around a simple question. They notice when it asks for information they already gave. And they notice when there is no obvious way to talk to someone.

That's why we start with real conversations and a clear purpose. The goal isn't to make every interaction automatic. It's to make the next step easier.

01

Understand the question

Keep the language simple and guide visitors towards a useful answer.

02

Use trusted business information

Work from approved FAQs, service details and selected connected sources where suitable.

03

Make the next step clear

Offer a relevant page, contact option or handover when the request needs a person.

Three practical use cases

One conversation shouldn't try to do everything.

Explore how the same business might use a chatbot for different moments. Select a card to see what we would plan around it.

CUSTOMER QUESTIONS

We define which questions the assistant can answer, organise the information it should rely on and make it easy for customers to reach the appropriate page or team.

What JessBoost can help with

A chatbot that fits your business. Not the other way around.

We can help design a new assistant or improve a confusing existing one. The scope depends on your website, systems and the information the assistant needs.

Conversation planning

Work out the common questions, useful replies, edge cases and where people might get stuck.

Website integration

Plan how the chat widget fits the site, works on mobile and stays out of the visitor's way.

Knowledge and content

Prepare accurate answers from your approved business information, with clear update ownership.

Lead capture and routing

Collect only necessary details and send an enquiry to the right destination when an integration is agreed.

Testing and safeguards

Check unclear questions, unexpected inputs, privacy considerations and how the assistant handles uncertainty.

Ongoing improvements

Review common issues and refine answers as products, policies and customer needs change.

A sensible delivery process

Start small. Learn from real questions. Improve carefully.

Not every company needs an advanced AI assistant connected to multiple systems. A focused chatbot with reliable answers can be a better first step.

We map the use case and information sources first, then develop a test experience. Before launch, we check how it handles the expected questions, uncertainty, mobile visitors and requests for human support.

Common questions

Before you add a chatbot.

Will a chatbot replace our customer support team?

It doesn't have to. Many businesses use a chatbot to help with repeat questions and to direct people to the right place. Complex, sensitive or unusual issues should have a clear way to reach a person.

Can it answer questions using our website content?

That is often possible, depending on the chosen setup and how the content is provided. We would define which sources are trusted and how answers are checked and updated.

Can it collect leads or connect to our CRM?

Potentially, yes. The right integration depends on the CRM, available APIs, permissions and privacy requirements. We'd agree on the fields and handover process before building it.

What if the chatbot doesn't know the answer?

A good setup should acknowledge uncertainty and offer a helpful alternative, such as a relevant contact route or human handover. We don't design it to guess confidently when the answer isn't known.

How much does a business chatbot cost?

Pricing depends on the number of use cases, integrations, knowledge sources and ongoing maintenance. We discuss your goals first and provide a project-specific quote.

Let's make the conversation helpful

Which customer questions keep coming back?

Tell us where your team spends time repeating answers or following up on enquiries. We'll help you identify whether a chatbot is the right fit—and what the first useful version could look like.
