When customers ask AI, is your business easy to understand?

People don't always search in short keywords anymore. They ask detailed questions and compare answers. We help make your expertise, services and important information clearer to people—and easier for search systems to discover.

EXAMPLE QUESTION

Who can help our business improve online visibility?

A useful answer would explain what the provider actually does, who it helps and where a visitor can verify those claims. Clearly described services and credible supporting information make that easier.

This shows how answer clarity can be assessed. It does not simulate ranking, live retrieval or a guaranteed citation.

GEO without the jargon

Useful information, made easier to find and verify.

Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) is the practical work of preparing your website for discovery in AI-assisted search experiences, including AI answers that may refer people to outside sources.

It overlaps with strong SEO. Crawlable pages, accurate business details, original examples and straightforward explanations still matter. GEO isn't a switch you turn on, and it cannot buy you a mention in every answer.

We look for gaps between what your business knows and what your website actually explains. Then we work to close those gaps with clearer content, better structure and sensible technical checks.

Three practical foundations

Less guesswork. More useful evidence.

01

Be accessible

Important pages should be crawlable, internally linked and available as clear text—not buried inside images or blocked unintentionally.

02

Be specific

Explain your services, experience and differences with details a real customer would recognise. Avoid vague claims anyone could make.

03

Be verifiable

Keep your facts consistent across your website and relevant profiles. Support claims with authentic examples, sources and up-to-date information.

Interactive website review

Where should GEO work begin?

Select an area to see what we would review and why it matters. Every business has a different starting point.

DISCOVERY / 01

Make important pages reachable.

Review crawling rules, indexability, internal links and whether your main information is present in readable HTML. For ChatGPT search discovery, OAI-SearchBot access can be worth checking.

What JessBoost can help with

Start with your existing website. Fix what's missing.

The right GEO plan often begins with a content and technical audit—not a completely new website or hundreds of generated pages.

AI-search readiness review

Review crawl access, valuable pages, key questions, content gaps and what search systems can actually read.

Service and expertise pages

Make offers, use cases and practical experience easier to understand with specific, well-structured content.

Technical and structured data checks

Improve page hierarchy, internal links and relevant structured data where it accurately reflects visible content.

Observation and iteration

Review available search data, referral signals and sample prompts carefully, while acknowledging that AI answers vary.

How projects work

A thoughtful process, not an AI visibility promise.

We build on the foundations of SEO, then identify where genuine business knowledge is poorly represented online. The work is agreed around your site and its priorities.

01

Understand your audience

Which questions do potential customers ask? Which services do they compare? What facts do they need to decide?

02

Review the evidence

Check your pages, access rules, content depth, relevant profiles and existing search performance.

03

Improve the information

Prioritise clear explanations, useful examples, accurate entities and sensible technical changes.

04

Monitor and refine

Observe available indicators and keep pages accurate as your services, audience and search experiences change.

What's realistic

Useful improvements are measurable. AI mentions aren't guaranteed.

AI answers are dynamic. Different questions, contexts and systems may produce different sources, or none at all. No responsible provider can guarantee a specific mention, citation or position.

We can report on work completed, relevant search performance and traffic signals when tracking allows. Any sample prompt checks are observations, not a universal ranking score.

GEO scope and pricing are agreed individually. We can review it alongside SEO, but we don't assume that buying more pages or adding an llms.txt file will generate AI citations.

Common questions

What businesses usually want to know.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO helps make a website discoverable and useful in search. GEO focuses on how clear, reliable information may also be found and used in AI-assisted answers. The foundations overlap considerably.

Can you guarantee that ChatGPT or Google AI will mention us?

No. These systems choose what to show, and outputs vary. We work on information quality, technical access and practical opportunities, but we cannot promise a citation.

Do we need a separate page for every question?

No. One strong page can often answer several closely related questions. We prioritise information that genuinely helps visitors, not large volumes of near-duplicate pages.

Do we need an llms.txt file or special AI schema?

Not to qualify for Google's AI Overviews or AI Mode. Google says no special AI files or markup are required. Technical work should be based on real needs, and structured data should accurately reflect visible content.

How would we know if the work is helping?

We can track completed improvements, organic search trends, appropriate referral traffic and selected prompt observations. These indicators have limitations, so we explain what each one can and cannot show.

Build on what you already know

Does your website explain your business as well as you do?

Tell us what you offer and where your current pages fall short. We'll look at a sensible starting point for both people and AI-assisted discovery.
